The Three Sentences
Do not sell your time.
Sell your judgement.
If you do not know
to whom you are giving up responsibility —
do not give it up.
Origin
The work emerged from a letter. A single addressee, three sentences in dark ink, nothing more. The letter itself remains private. What is published here is only the core — released from its addressee, handed over to the public realm.
edging homo sapiens sapiens addresses three reflexes that turn into traps in the age of artificial intelligence, and the postures that correct them: question instead of answer. Judgement instead of time. Responsibility instead of delegation. Three imperatives, no explanation.

Artist
Christopher Peterka, born 1978 in Hückeswagen, lives and works in Cologne. Since 2002 he has led gannaca, a thinktank for decision-makers at the intersection of strategy, responsibility and artificial intelligence. From this practice emerged the books Symphonie der Systeme (2025) and the bilingual flip-book Deine Wahl / Your Choice (Murmann, 2019), as well as talks at TED stages, the Cisco WebexOne forum and the polis Convention.
edging homo sapiens sapiens is his first edition as a visual artist. It translates the vocabulary of his thinking — question, judgement, responsibility — into a typographic form.
